I've spent 13+ years in tech, and the thing that's always pulled me in is fixing problems that actually needed fixing, not talking about fixing them. Arrowmation wasn't a five-year plan. It started when I built a dashboard for a company I had a great relationship with, just to help them see what was actually happening in their business. Once it was live, I realized the same approach (take the manual work off someone's plate, automate the parts of the day nobody wants to do) could help almost any small business. From there it was a short step to websites: what's the point of automating the backend if the customers searching for you online can't even find you?
“AI should do the boring, repetitive work so people can focus on what actually needs a human. Not hype. Tools that hold up when a real customer is on the other end.”
Arrowmation is a new agency: every client gets direct access to the person doing the work, full attention on their project, and pricing that reflects an agency earning its reputation.
